We will have rehearsals on all these days:

ALL Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from today (9/5) thru show week.

All September into October:   6:30--9:00 at DES

October 7th-thru Nov shows:   6:30-9:30 at DHS


Sports: 

Tuesday 5:00pm - Soccer HOME vs Platteville/Lancaster (JV to play first)

5:45pm - Volleyball HOME vs Platteville


Friday 7:00pm - Football HOME vs Westby Area


Saturday 8:00am - Cross Country @ Mt Horeb Invite (bus 630am)

9:00am - Volleyball @ Iowa Grant Invite (bus 7:30am)


Athletic Trainer Hours 

(students are to have prior approval/pass from Donnie to come down during school hours)

Students bringing a guest to the Homecoming Dance on Sept, 21st must stop in the Main Office and pick up a Guest Dance Form and have it completed and returned to the Main Office by next Wednesday, Sept 18th. Questions, please stop in the Main Office.

The LMC will be launching "From the Stacks"-- Reviews brought to you from your peers... in the LMC this Fall and we are super excited!  We have so many new titles and we are working on getting them cataloged and into the hands of our high school students for review... and reviewing pays... with every book review written by a DHS student (and turned in to Ms. Perry or Ms. Mumm), your name will be entered into a drawing this term to win a gift basket filled with things Ms. Perry (our new librarian) collected on her summer trip to Spain!  So, help us out with a book review in the LMC and have a chance at winning some cool stuff from Spain!

Club/Organization  Announcements:

It's that time of year...The first Current Events Club Meeting! It will be held in Mr. Dorscheid's Room (C-4) on Wednesday during Advisory. We will play kahoot, learn about issues in sexual assault reporting, and vote on our officers for the year. All are welcome so bring your friends. ALSO, The first People Quiz is on the bulletin board in C-wing so register your guesses on the attached form for a chance to win a kwik trip gift card.

FFA Members

Dues $20.00 and you get a t-shirt.

FFA Sectional Leadership Conference - 9-25-19 Let me know if you want to go by 9-18. No cost. 

Judging at River Ridge on 9-26-19 sign up by 9-18-19 in either Dairy, Livestock or Horses.

World Dairy Expo  is 10-1-19, cost is $10 you need a permission slip and need to know by 9-18-19.

Interested in joining Key Club?  Dues are $20 and can be paid to Mrs. Kulcinski in room F14.  Your dues not only register you with Key Club International but you will also receive one pretty cool t-shirt!  Deadline for dues is October 18th. If you have any questions or concerns, please stop by and chat with Mrs. Kulcinski or any of the officers or join the Key Club Classroom (code 7mm1r2k).

Dues are $15 which include a t-shirt. First meeting will be Thursday. Oct. 3rd during advisory. Sign up for VAC is also posted in GC.

FCCLA Members 

  1. There will be an informational meeting for everyone on Thursday. We will be talking about the float design and upcoming dues and other activities. Dues are $25 and this includes a t-shirt.

  2. Those wanting to help with Volleyball concessions on September 17th should come talk to Ms. James.
