All student-athletes are invited to join us in the mornings for the next two weeks from 5:50am to 7:00am in the fitness center.  These are advanced workouts and guided by coaches and these are not just open weight room times. If you want to push yourself hard for two weeks, please come join us.

DHS' Spring Play To Whom The Tinkerbell Tolls by Ray Sheers

Shows are Thursday - Saturday, March 12-14th, at 7:00pm and on Saturday there is a Matinee at 2:00pm and show at 7pm.  Cost is $5 for Adults and $3 for students. We would love it if you brought an item(s) for the food pantry. 


ACT make-up test for those who missed it yesterday will be TUESDAY, MARCH 17th.


If you are an FFA member and interested in going to the Midwest Horse Fair on April 17th you must pay your $12 dollars to Mr. McGraw by next week Thursday, March 12, 2020. 


NHS is sponsoring a drive for the entire month of March to stock our DHS Care cabinet with items for students in need.  Items needed include snacks, ready to eat meals, and feminine hygiene products.  Donations can be brought into Mr. Dorscheid's room (C-4).  


Thursday, March 5th Morning is “Wednesday” bell schedule, Athletics Assembly @ 10:35am, 11:10 on is back to a regular day bell schedule


Just a reminder to all students: you must have a positive balance to purchase ala carte or extra servings at lunch. 


We would like to invite everyone to stop down and write a message to our former students. 

Cal Ripken /Babe Ruth League info sheets are in the spinner in the main office.


The library will be having it's Books n' Beans coffee bar on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Fresh brewed coffee will be available before school and during passing times. $1 or $.50 if you bring your own cup. 


Club/Organization  Announcements:

Key Clubbers - don't miss this Wednesday's meeting during advisory!  We have sign ups for volunteer opportunities, information about upcoming Key Club elections, member of the month, individual reports of service hours, and news from Charlie Price.  So grab a friend, head to the Vocal Music Room this Wednesday, and we will see you there!


The FFA Banquet will be held at the Dodger Bowl on Tuesday, March 10th at 6:00pm.   All members are invited to attend the banquet and the meal is part of your membership.  Please let Mr McGraw know if you plan to attend.


Students interested in the Spring Trap Shooting Team are to stop in the main office to pick up the new information packet.  There will also be a Hunters Safety Class Offered on Saturday, March 21st. Details for the class are also in the information packet in the spinner on the counter.

The deadline to apply for the Maintenance Position(s) at Governor Dodge has been extended until they are filled.  You must be 18 to apply. Stop by the Main Office at Entrance of the Park to apply.
